We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to drive strategic content initiatives across Litmos through AI-first, automated workflows. You'll build and implement AI automation systems using Claude Cowork to scale content operations—from draft generation to optimization—enabling your team to operate at greater velocity. As an individual contributor, you'll apply SEO and AEO expertise, interpret performance data, and amplify our brand reach.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI automation workflows (using Claude Cowork) to rapidly generate and optimize content at scale—including draft creation, publication, and repurposing across channels
- Deploy AI agents to monitor and analyze web traffic, SEO, and AEO data, then take action through content optimization or technical improvements
- Manage and maintain website content in WordPress, ensuring optimization and consistency across pages
- Build Claude skills that enforce brand tone of voice and enable team members to review and optimize content
- Use AI automation workflows to automatically identify content opportunities for updating and submission (e.g., award applications, third-party platforms)
- Automate content calendar management and deadline tracking through AI workflows instead of manual processes
What We're Looking For
- AI automation architect — You understand how to design and deploy AI workflows at scale using tools like Claude Cowork, not just using ChatGPT for one-off drafts. You can map content processes to automation systems.
- Deadline and pressure handler — You thrive when juggling multiple projects and deliver quality work under tight timelines
- Hardworking and positive — You approach challenges with energy and maintain a constructive mindset
Required Qualifications
- Experience designing AI automation workflows with Claude Cowork
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in content marketing
- Portfolio must include 3+ content marketing examples
- Experience in SaaS/tech
- Experience in LMS industry is a plus
- Experience with WordPress, Monday.com/Asana a plus
- Reliable overlap with Eastern US business hours (at least a few hours most days)
Salary: ₹20,00,000 to ₹30,00,000 plus 15% bonus
