About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for Frontend Applications to serve as the strategic bridge between business vision, UI design, and engineering delivery. In this high-impact role, you will own the multi-platform product roadmap across our web applications, mobile apps, and internal dashboards, authoring comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that turn complex user flows and digital payment journeys into high-converting user interfaces. What You Will Do

• Own the Product Roadmap: Define, maintain, and execute the strategic multi-platform roadmap for all user-facing digital applications (Website, Web Portal, Mobile Apps, and Internal Admin Dashboards), prioritizing initiatives based on ROI, OKRs, and conversion funnel metrics.
• Author Comprehensive BRDs: Write detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications for new UI features, user journeys, and payment workflows, defining interaction logic, edge cases, error handling, and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Optimize User Journeys: Map end-to-end "Golden Paths" and operational workflows across diverse user personas, continuously refining payment user flows (pay-in/payouts, onboarding, transaction histories, merchant dashboards) to minimize friction and drop-off.
• Align Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Integration PMs, Backend Engineers, and Solution Architects to define frontend data schema needs and API integration points in BRDs, guiding engineering, QA, and design teams through feature refinement sessions.
• Ensure Launch Quality & Usability: Establish frontend performance targets (Core Web Vitals, page speed, latency) within BRDs and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-offs to verify software releases strictly align with functional specifications.

What You Bring

• Product Leadership Experience: 4+ years as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner leading client-facing digital products, web applications, or mobile platforms through the full software development lifecycle.
• Exhaustive BRD & Specification Writing: Proven track record of authoring clear, highly structured, and unambiguous Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), PRDs, and functional specifications for complex frontend interfaces.
• Fintech & Payments Exposure: Solid understanding of digital payment flows, payout funnel mechanics, and UI security/compliance standards (e.g., 3DS verification, PCI-DSS guidelines); experience in card processing, acquiring, or alternative payment methods is highly desired.
• Technical & Design Acumen: Hands-on ability to navigate Figma interactive prototypes, a strong conceptual understanding of modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and mobile platforms, and familiarity with multi-platform design systems.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency with behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, Google Analytics) to back up roadmap decisions and user journey optimizations with concrete data.
• Stakeholder Management & English Fluency: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate scope trade-offs, align executive stakeholders, and lead cross-functional delivery.
