Danish CRM Manager

We’re looking for a Danish-speaking CRM Manager to take ownership of CRM activities for the Danish market. This role is open to experienced CRM professionals from iGaming, as well as strong VIP Managers and Customer Support professionals (with iGaming experience) who are ready to transition into CRM.

If you have a deep understanding of the Danish market, native-level Danish, and enjoy combining customer communication, data, and retention strategies, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and other customer communication channels.
  • Build engaging customer journeys that improve player retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
  • Segment customer databases and deliver personalized campaigns based on player behavior.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key CRM metrics, and continuously optimize results through testing and data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with Content, Design, Product, BI, and Commercial teams to deliver localized CRM initiatives.
  • Ensure all customer communications are relevant for the Dutch market and aligned with compliance requirements.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.

What we’re looking for:

  • Native-level Danish and fluent English.
  • Experience in one of the following:
    * CRM within iGaming.
    * VIP Management within iGaming.
    * Customer Support within iGaming.
  • Strong knowledge of the Danish market and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and copy review skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and customer data.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or customer engagement systems is an advantage, but not essential for candidates coming from VIP or Customer Support backgrounds.
