What You Will Do

Own the Backlog: Formulate, prioritize, and relentlessly refine the product backlog to align with critical business objectives and upcoming sprint iterations.

Define Sprint Objectives: Establish clear, strategic sprint objectives that serve as the foundational baseline for the development team's sprint goals.

Manage Requirements End-to-End: Gather, verify, and maintain functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they meet the Product Manager's vision and adapt fluidly to a dynamic environment.

Uphold Product Quality: Inspect and approve product increments at every iteration—from initial design preparation through to production release verification.

Champion Documentation: Maintain accountability for the quality, clarity, and precision of Epics, Stories, use cases, and edge cases.

Establish Acceptance Criteria: Define robust, clear acceptance criteria in alignment with stakeholders to provide QA teams with an exact baseline for testing.

Facilitate Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central communication hub between the development team and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment on major decisions and strategies.

Drive Change Management: Gather and prioritize operational change requests, seamlessly integrating them into future sprints.

Contribute to Strategic Planning: Participate actively in quarterly OKR planning, collaborating with stakeholders to estimate and track product achievements.
What You Bring

Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Analyst within an agile framework.

Agile Expertise: Solid understanding of the requirements lifecycle, backlog management, and Scrum/Agile methodologies.

Technical & Design Acumen: Deep familiarity with product architecture, development flows, and core UX principles.

Communication Mastery: Exceptional English communication skills, with a proven ability to convey product vision, report data insights, and align diverse teams.

Analytical & Decision-Making Power: Confident problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and execute sound solutions rapidly.

Empathetic Leadership: Strong organizational and conflict-resolution skills, with a knack for inspiring cross-functional teams without direct management authority.

Nice-to-Haves: Experience with mobile app products, basic coding/design experience, or a PSPO Level 1 (or equivalent) certification.
