Senior CRM Sports Coordinator - relocation to Portugal

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior CRM Sports Coordinator/Manager to support the execution and optimization of CRM strategies across our Sportsbook brands and markets.

You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering customer engagement campaigns throughout the sports calendar, ensuring communications are relevant, personalized, compliant, and aligned with business goals. Working closely with CRM, Trading, Content, VIP, and Analytics teams, you will help drive player retention, engagement, and sportsbook revenue.

Location: Lisbon, on-site

Responsibilities:

CRM Campaign Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end Sports CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, In-App Messaging, and other channels.
  • Manage weekly and event-based CRM calendars aligned with major sporting events.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Support automated customer journeys and lifecycle communications.

Sportsbook Retention & Engagement

  • Plan CRM activities around major sporting events and seasonal campaigns.
  • Drive sportsbook activity, customer reactivation, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work with Trading and Commercial teams to promote odds boosts, free bets, tournaments, and gamification.

Segmentation & Personalization

  • Execute targeted campaigns based on customer behaviour, value, lifecycle stage, and sports preferences.
  • Use customer insights to improve campaign relevance.
  • Support A/B testing and optimization initiatives.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Track KPIs including Retention Rate, Active Players, Depositing Customers, Sports Turnover, Bonus Cost, NGR Contribution, and Reactivation.
  • Prepare campaign reports and post-analysis.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain high execution and QA standards.
  • Coordinate campaign requirements with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to CRM process improvements, automation, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of CRM experience within iGaming and Sports Betting
  • Strong understanding of sportsbook customer behaviour and betting mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Optimove, Fast Track, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, or similar.
  • Strong campaign planning and project coordination skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance.
  • Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Experience across multiple regulated markets.
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, CRM automation, and A/B testing.
  • Experience supporting promotional and gamification campaigns.
