What You Will Do

  • Shape the Strategy: Define and articulate a crystal-clear product vision and roadmap for your domain, ensuring perfect alignment with company growth objectives.

  • Analyze the Market: Conduct deep-dive market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback loops to uncover unmet needs and new opportunities.

  • Engage & Validate: Interact regularly with clients and users to validate product direction, gather feedback, and ruthlessly pursue product-market fit.

  • Manage Stakeholders: Act as the ultimate product evangelist, balancing alignment and communicating seamlessly across leadership, engineering, finance, and external partners.

  • Collaborate for Execution: Partner closely with Product Owners to translate ideas into ready-to-execute user stories, and collaborate with UX/Design to ensure user-centric feasibility.

  • Drive End-to-End Delivery: Team up with Engineering, QA, Marketing, and Sales throughout the lifecycle to guarantee timely, high-quality launches and bulletproof go-to-market strategies.

  • Optimize Performance: Monitor key domain metrics (latency, transaction processing, conversion rates, compliance) to continuously iterate and elevate product performance.

What You Bring

  • The Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling software products.

  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to own a product domain, map out strategic roadmaps, and translate complex business concepts into tangible deliverables.

  • Data-Driven Core: Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data and turning raw metrics into actionable product insights.

  • Agile Fluency: A solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and hands-on experience with modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

  • Communication Prowess: Stellar negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Bonus Points: Deep domain expertise in payments, integrations, backoffice, or CX/UX, and/or experience with B2B/B2C payment applications.
