What You Will Do

Liaise directly with players regarding complex, account-related issues, resolving problems efficiently while maintaining an exceptional standard of customer care.

Analyze customer deposits, behavioral patterns, and account classifications to proactively detect fraud, rectify transaction errors, and mitigate financial risks.

Audit and review Affiliate account records to uncover and isolate patterns of irregular activity or compliance breaches.

Propose strategic upgrades to internal tools, operational procedures, and monitoring systems to strengthen fraud prevention frameworks.

Investigate intricate financial discrepancies across user accounts by conducting deep-dive historical data checks.

Collaborate with cross-functional internal departments to streamline risk resolutions, share operational insights, and maintain quality control.

Evaluate risk vectors and potential vulnerabilities linked to third-party payment processors to ensure seamless, secure transaction flows.
