What You Will Do

  • Liaise directly with players regarding complex, account-related issues, resolving problems efficiently while maintaining an exceptional standard of customer care.

  • Analyze customer deposits, behavioral patterns, and account classifications to proactively detect fraud, rectify transaction errors, and mitigate financial risks.

  • Audit and review Affiliate account records to uncover and isolate patterns of irregular activity or compliance breaches.

  • Propose strategic upgrades to internal tools, operational procedures, and monitoring systems to strengthen fraud prevention frameworks.

  • Investigate intricate financial discrepancies across user accounts by conducting deep-dive historical data checks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal departments to streamline risk resolutions, share operational insights, and maintain quality control.

  • Evaluate risk vectors and potential vulnerabilities linked to third-party payment processors to ensure seamless, secure transaction flows.

What You Bring

  • Domain Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of Risk, KYC, AML frameworks, or the broader financial services industry.

  • Analytical Prowess: Strong logical reasoning skills with a structured, data-driven approach to dissecting complex issues.

  • Decision-Making: Confident problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound risk judgements under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver constructive feedback effectively.

  • Technical Literacy: High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and a strong comfort level learning advanced internal database systems.
