What You Will Do

  • Cultivate and maintain deeply personalized relationships with high-value VIP clients to maximize customer retention and long-term loyalty.

  • Analyze customer behavior and performance metrics to proactively anticipate client needs and deliver bespoke solutions.

  • Evaluate and monitor account activity to determine eligibility for strategic bonus crediting and specialized rewards.

  • Investigate and resolve complex customer inquiries swiftly and professionally, ensuring a premium service experience at every touchpoint.

  • Uphold strict compliance standards, ensuring that all account operations and product activities align with relevant industry regulations.

  • Collaborate across teams to share insights on VIP preferences, contributing directly to the continuous improvement of the product ecosystem.

What You Bring

  • Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).

  • Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for managing high-profile client relationships.

  • Analytical Mindset: A sharp eye for detail and the ability to interpret customer data trends to drive meaningful engagement.

  • Proactive Attitude: A highly motivated, solution-oriented approach with a strong blend of premium customer support and relationship-sales skills.

  • Experience: Prior experience in VIP account management, luxury customer support, or as a Sales Agent is highly advantageous.

  • Shift & Location: Commitment to working full-time on-site in Limassol, navigating a shift-based schedule (operational hours between 08:00 AM and 02:00 AM; 5 days out of 7).
