Step into a pivotal role as an Onboarding Project Manager, where you will orchestrate the launch and optimization of global payment operations for a rapidly expanding brand portfolio. You will drive the end-to-end delivery of new rollouts and seamless PSP integrations, acting as the vital link between technical, operational, and product teams. About the Client

Our partner is a payment gateway provider that operates a massive ecosystem of brands. They simplify complex payments through smart routing technology, real-time monitoring, and SSL/PCI DSS Level 1 security.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the timely go-live of new brands, ensuring all required payment methods, PSP approvals, and technical readiness are flawlessly executed.

  • Oversee comprehensive new brand launches and seamless migrations to the widget platform, guaranteeing smooth execution and cross-team alignment.

  • Facilitate seamless collaboration by acting as the central hub connecting PSP Onboarding, Tech Account Managers, Product, Project, Delivery, QA, and Implementation teams.

  • Monitor post-launch brand performance, providing dedicated support to rapidly resolve any production or payment issues.

  • Maintain an immaculate and updated inventory of active PSPs, payment methods, currencies, and markets to guarantee absolute compliance and operational transparency.

  • Optimize team capacity, delivery schedules, and workflows, continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to drive massive efficiency.

  • Report proactively to leadership and stakeholders, tracking approval statuses, identifying potential risks, and providing clear, actionable updates.

What You Bring

  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in project management or delivery management specifically within the Payments, Fintech, or iGaming sectors.

  • Domain Knowledge: A robust understanding of complex payment systems, global payment providers, and integration workflows.

  • Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and bridge gaps across diverse, cross-functional teams.

  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities to keep multifaceted, moving projects on track.
