What You Will Do

Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a timely, accurate, and seamless integration.

Collaborate closely with Business Development, Project Management, Legal, and Compliance teams to proactively gather essential information.

Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards by meticulously collecting and verifying all necessary legal and compliance documentation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries, offering dedicated support and rapid troubleshooting assistance.

Maintain clear, transparent, and proactive communication with both external partners and internal stakeholders throughout the entire journey.

Provide consistent and detailed progress updates to all relevant stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.

Handle ad-hoc operational requests efficiently to keep the onboarding pipeline moving without friction.
What You Bring

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Industry Experience: Proven experience in payment operations, partner onboarding, or a similar operational role.

Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of payment processing systems and broader Fintech industry standards.

Task Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple merchant cases concurrently without missing a beat.
