Our partner is a payment gateway provider that operates a massive ecosystem of brands. They simplify complex payments through smart routing technology, real-time monitoring, and SSL/PCI DSS Level 1 security.

As their exclusive recruitment partner, we manage their full-cycle talent acquisition.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a timely, accurate, and seamless integration.

  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Project Management, Legal, and Compliance teams to proactively gather essential information.

  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards by meticulously collecting and verifying all necessary legal and compliance documentation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries, offering dedicated support and rapid troubleshooting assistance.

  • Maintain clear, transparent, and proactive communication with both external partners and internal stakeholders throughout the entire journey.

  • Provide consistent and detailed progress updates to all relevant stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.

  • Handle ad-hoc operational requests efficiently to keep the onboarding pipeline moving without friction.

What You Bring

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in payment operations, partner onboarding, or a similar operational role.

  • Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of payment processing systems and broader Fintech industry standards.

  • Task Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple merchant cases concurrently without missing a beat.

  • Communication Mastery: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with diverse cross-functional teams.

  • Agility: The resilience and adaptability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment.

  • Meticulous Precision: High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling and verifying critical compliance documentation.
