About the Role

What You Will Do

Provide premium support to customers in both Slovenian and English via real-time Live Chats and email.

Identify and analyze client needs, proactively proposing helpful, efficient solutions to ensure a smooth user experience.

Process data and account requests with a strict attention to detail and high content accuracy.

Maintain a customer-centric focus, consistently exceeding user expectations and driving overall customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with internal team members to help optimize, refine, and establish necessary operational processes.

Language Skills: Professional-level fluency in Slovenian and English (both written and spoken).

Experience Level: This is an entry-level position—while previous experience in customer support or sales is an advantage, it is not required. Complete training is provided!

Shift & Location: Availability to work full-time on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, on a Night Shift pattern (3 days on, 3 days off) from 23:00 PM to 09:00 AM.
