What You Will Do

Deliver exceptional support to users in both Croatian and English via Live Chat and email channels, ensuring swift and high-quality resolutions.

Identify and evaluate unique customer needs, proactively proposing tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Process account interactions and data with a meticulous attention to detail and content accuracy.

Maintain a customer-centric focus, consistently exceeding user expectations and upholding premium service standards during the night shift.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and cross-functional departments to help refine, optimize, and establish vital operational processes.

Language Skills: Full professional proficiency (both written and spoken) in Croatian and English.

Experience Level: This is an entry-level position—prior experience in customer support or sales is a plus, but little to no experience is required as comprehensive training is provided!

Shift & Location: Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, on a Night Shift pattern (3 days work, 3 days off) from 23:00 PM to 09:00 AM.
