What You Will Do

• Proactively gather critical compliance assets, including game certificates, Letters of Certification (LoC), and RNG proofs from international providers ahead of daily releases.

• Verify and audit all technical documentation to ensure strict alignment with the unique regulatory standards of each destination market.

• Act as the definitive gatekeeper, taking full ownership of the final validation process to ensure no game goes live without flawless documentation.

• Serve as the primary liaison for third-party game providers, professionally managing external relationships and chasing down missing compliance records.

• Manage certificate lifecycles by tracking expirations and proactively flagging renewals at least 60 days in advance to mitigate operational risks.

• Collaborate closely with the internal operations team to coordinate and execute regional restrictions or disable games at exact compliance deadlines.

• Maintain and champion the internal compliance database, ensuring it remains the absolute "single source of truth" for the entire gaming portfolio.
