What You Will Do

  • Execute and manage high-volume vendor invoice processing, ensuring all documents are meticulously reviewed, verified, and coded for proper authorization.

  • Coordinate payment runs by scheduling and executing disbursements while strictly adhering to internal compliance policies and agreed vendor terms.

  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of vendor statements, proactively tracking down and resolving any discrepancies or outstanding balances.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor inquiries, professionally managing external relationships and swiftly resolving billing disputes.

  • Maintain impeccably organized financial records and documentation, ensuring the department remains audit-ready at all times.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting (preferred).

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern accounting software, with a strong preference for hands-on experience with SAP.

  • Core Competencies: A sharp eye for detail and an uncompromising standard of accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to partner effectively with internal departments and global suppliers.

  • Education: High school diploma required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a definite plus.

  • Location: Commitment to working full-time from our client's modern office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
