What You Will Do

• Backlog & Sprint Ownership: Formulate, refine, and prioritize backlog items based on critical business goals, defining clear sprint objectives and inspecting product increments from design to production.

• Requirement Management: Gather, verify, and maintain functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring all Epics, User Stories, Use Cases, and Operational Change Requests meet strict quality standards.

• Define Acceptance Criteria: Establish clear Acceptance Criteria alongside stakeholders to set accurate testing baselines for QA and guarantee high product standards.

• Stakeholder Bridge: Act as the central communicator between development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and approval for key strategies.

• Strategic Alignment: Participate in quarterly OKR planning, estimate deliverables, and continuously align product roadmaps with business objectives.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: At least 3 years in a Product Owner role or related domain (e.g., Business Analyst, System Analyst).

• Core Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies, product architecture, requirements lifecycle, and backlog management.

• UX & Product Mindset: Strong grasp of UX principles and product lifecycle processes.

• Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and make swift, well-reasoned decisions.

• Soft Skills & Leadership: Advanced English proficiency, strong conflict-resolution skills, and the leadership to guide cross-functional teams without direct management authority.

Bonus Points For:

• PSPO Level 1 (or equivalent) certification.

• Direct experience with mobile app products.

• Basic coding or UI/UX design background.
