As a Community Manager, you will be the "front line" of a dynamic brand, managing the day-to-day pulse of social channels to ensure a global community feels heard, entertained, and supported. Our partner is a creative agency and strategic marketing partner. They bring together a diverse team of experts across social media, PR, influencer collaborations, and advanced analytics. As their exclusive recruitment partner, LionHires manages their full-cycle talent acquisition.
Location: Lisbon (Open to candidates currently based in, or willing to relocate to Lisbon)
What You Will Do

Manage Daily Communities: Monitor all core social channels (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to respond to inquiries, celebrate community wins, and foster a highly positive environment.

Handle Escalations: Identify and escalate complex user issues, technical bugs, or high-priority inquiries to internal support and management teams.

Create & Translate Content: Assist in producing "on-the-fly" social content while adapting and translating brand messaging to resonate deeply with sports and casino culture.

Execute Scheduling: Own the technical execution of the social calendar, ensuring all approved posts go live accurately across all platforms.

Optimize Traffic for Boosting: Monitor organic post performance in real-time to identify high-performing content and flag it for the paid media team to receive boosted spend.

Deliver Reporting: Pull monthly raw data and metrics, contributing initial insights on community sentiment and engagement trends for monthly performance reports.
What You Bring

Social Fluency: Deep understanding of X, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms, trends, and community norms.

Strong Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to seamlessly adopt a specific brand "voice" (witty, professional, or high-energy).

Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage multiple posting schedules flawlessly without errors in copy or links.

Strategic Location: Current residency in or a willingness to relocate and work from the Lisbon hub.

Relevant Experience (Preferred): An internship or up to 1 year of experience in social media, PR, or customer-facing roles.

Industry Passion (Preferred): A strong interest in sports betting or the online casino gaming landscape.
