What You Bring

• Domain Expertise: A proven background in real-time risk analysis, asset tracking, or live market operations. Deep, specialized knowledge of global sports industries, performance metrics, and data structures is highly preferred.
• High-Pressure Decision Making: A strictly data-driven professional who excels at identifying shifting trends and patterns on the fly. You are comfortable operating in a 24/7, high-intensity environment where rapid, split-second decisions directly impact operational outcomes.
• Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is mandatory. Experience handling live, streaming data feeds and a strong interest in integrating AI-driven analytical tools will set you apart.
• Vigilance & Anomaly Detection: A sharp eye for platform integrity. You excel at detecting and mitigating system exploitation, predatory user behavior, arbitrage, and coordinated market manipulation.
• Global Collaboration: Professional fluency in English is essential for seamless communication within our diverse, international team ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Real-Time Market Positioning: Oversee scheduled and live asset pricing for global operations, ensuring continuous valuation accuracy and maximum platform availability.
• Advanced Exposure Mitigation: Look beyond basic financial exposure to identify sophisticated patterns of system exploitation, market discrepancies, and predatory behaviors, implementing advanced risk mitigation frameworks.
• Operational Optimization: Master and refine internal analytical platforms, risk monitoring dashboards, and real-time streaming data infrastructure to maintain peak performance.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely across Operations, Risk, and Product Development teams to fine-tune automated transaction logic and enhance AI-driven risk-assessment models.
• Data Integrity & Quality Assurance: Safeguard the accuracy of our data lifecycle from initial setup to final reconciliation, minimizing system downtime and protecting overall operational margins.
