About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and peopl-centric HR Business Partner to champion culture and drive organizational growth across our expanding Poland division. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, designing high-impact people strategies that directly align with our accelerating business goals. What You Will Do

  • Drive Culture & Engagement: Partner with department heads to spearhead team specific culture initiatives, facilitate feedback loops, and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into the daily fabric of the organization.
  • Champion Learning & Development: Identify critical skill gaps, design targeted learning pathways, and deliver engaging workshops that foster continuous professional growth.
  • Optimize Performance Management: Guide and coach leadership teams through consistent performance evaluation frameworks, helping managers set clear expectations and drive team productiviy.
  • Architect Career Pathways: Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic workforce planning, talent mapping, and building robust succession planning frameworks to ensure long-term retention.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Navigate complex employee relations matters with empathy and objectivity, ensuring strict legal compliance while mitigating operational risk.
  • Support Talent Acquisition: Partner closely with recruitment teams to refine selection processes, ensure a phenomenal candidate experience, and secure top-tier, diverse talent.
  • Enable Operational Excellence: Streamline change management initiatives during organizational transitions, and partner with the Finance/Payroll team to guarantee precise inputs for rewards, bonuses, and deductions.

What You Bring

  • Proven Expertise: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally operating as an HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (an HR certification or Master's degree is highly desirable).
  • Domain Mastery: Deep understanding of employment law, modern performance management methodologies, and data-driven employee engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional Communication: Stellar interpersonal and consultative skills, with a proven track record of influencing leadership and solving complex people problems with diplomacy.
  • Agility & Independence: A self-starting mindset with the capability to manage competing priorities autonomously in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.
