What You Will Do

Develop and optimize CRM strategies aimed at boosting player retention, loyalty, and ongoing engagement across the entire customer lifecycle.

Execute personalized multi-channel campaigns leveraging email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messaging to deliver targeted, high-impact content.

Analyze customer data and behavior to drive advanced audience segmentation, uncovering actionable insights that fuel targeted marketing initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure the seamless, synchronized execution of all CRM initiatives.

Track and monitor key KPIs to rigorously evaluate campaign performance, providing data-backed recommendations for continuous optimization.

Maintain strict compliance by ensuring all CRM communications align perfectly with brand tone, local regulatory requirements, and responsible gaming guidelines.

Drive A/B testing and experimentation to continuously refine user journeys, maximize player lifetime value (LTV), and identify new growth channels.
What You Bring

Languages: Native-level or professional fluency in Danish, paired with strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in a CRM management role, preferably within the iGaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing sectors.

Technical Skills: A strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience utilizing modern CRM tools, automation platforms, and data analytics.

Core Competencies: A deep understanding of customer journeys and loyalty programs, backed by exceptional project management skills and a sharp attention to detail.
