What You Will Do

Strategize & Launch: Participate in shaping effective paid search strategies and launch optimized PPC campaigns tailored for diverse international markets.

Manage Platforms: Oversee search platform accounts across both desktop and mobile apps, including Google Ads, Bing, ASA, UAC, and YouTube.

Analyze & Optimize: Conduct precise keyword selection and audience targeting, monitor budgets, and adjust bids to consistently maximize ROI.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams such as CRM, Developers, and Business Intelligence (BI) to streamline campaigns.

Report Performance: Track key KPIs, identify issues, and build insightful reports and dashboards for the management team.

Innovate & Protect: Write compelling ad copy, suggest new campaigns in emerging markets, mitigate click-fraud risks, and stay ahead of global SEM trends.
What You Bring

Industry Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on paid search experience specifically within the iGaming industry.

Market Expertise: Proven track record of managing PPC campaigns in highly competitive, multi-regional environments.

Technical & Analytical Skills: High proficiency in Excel (pivots, formulas) alongside experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.

Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Microsoft Ads, ASA); a Google Ads certification is highly preferred.

Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a huge plus), and a proactive, self-motivated mindset.
