What You Will Do

• Own the daily release cycle, ensuring all project rollouts are deployed seamlessly, accurately, and on schedule.
• Maintain system integrity by proactively managing and updating data across our internal platforms.
• Optimize daily operations by troubleshooting routine tasks, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal departments to align on shared goals and solve operational challenges.
• Drive global content relevance by managing localization and translation pipelines for diverse international markets.
• Lead provider onboarding by overseeing new integrations and auditing project content for peak performance.
• Act as the bridge to creative teams, managing the design ticketing pipeline for promotions, categories, and partner assets.
• Stay agile and collaborative, supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and evolving business needs.
