What You Will Do

  • Develop and optimize CRM strategies aimed at boosting customer retention, loyalty, and ongoing engagement across the entire customer lifecycle through a data-driven approach.

  • Execute personalized multi-channel campaigns and customer journeys to consistently improve the overall customer experience.

  • Analyze customer data and behavior to drive advanced audience segmentation, uncovering actionable insights that fuel tailored offers, effective campaigns, and promotions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure cohesive promotions and offers that align perfectly with overarching business objectives.

  • Track and monitor key KPIs to rigorously evaluate campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders with a focus on customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Maintain strict compliance and competitive edge by monitoring competitor activities to ensure our brands adopt best practices and remain competitive.

What You Bring

  • Languages: Native-level proficiency in Romanian, paired with high-level proficiency or native-level skills in English (written and verbal).

  • Experience: Proven experience in a CRM management role with a results-driven approach focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Technical Skills: General understanding and deep knowledge of CRM systems, combined with an analytical and technical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights for strategic decisions.

  • Core Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, build strong relationships, and design targeted campaigns aimed at maximizing performance, revenue, and retention.
