Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Open to candidates currently based in, or willing to relocate to Lisbon)

What You Will Do

• Supervise & Mentor: Lead a dedicated team of 3-5 PPC consultants, ensuring daily productivity, alignment with internal processes, and conducting weekly 1-on-1 development meetings.

• Align with Leadership: Work in close collaboration with the Head of PPC, providing regular status updates, performance reports, and long-term action plans for paid activity.

• Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Liaise with various internal departments to secure creative materials and facilitate the seamless launch of new brand activities.

• Manage Budgets: Strategically plan, allocate, and monitor budget spend across platforms to maximize efficiency and growth.

• Optimize Performance: Identify performance trends using advanced data analysis to actively improve paid campaigns and consistently drive high ROI.
  
  

What You Bring

• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct management or team supervisory experience.

• PPC Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on PPC/SEM experience, ideally within an agency or a similarly fast-paced environment.

• Platform Mastery: Strong operational knowledge of Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.

• Analytical & Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, with an analytical mindset capable of translating data into creative problem-solving.

• Drive & Autonomy: High levels of integrity, self-motivation, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
