- Quickly and efficiently resolve customer queries regarding payment issues via tickets;
- Troubleshoot issues with payment partners to maintain a high level of payment processing;
- Escalate issues to the technical team if required;
- Communicate with other departments within "cross-department" procedures.
Essential professional experience:
- At least 0.5 year of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or related position;
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel);
- Financial or Economics degree (nice to have);
- Experience with resolving issues related to the payments industry (nice to have).
