Growe welcomes those who are excited to:
- Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases and scenarios, covering functional, regression, and integration testing for new features, updates, and improvements;
- Ensure the stability of the product by testing key areas of functionality and identifying potential issues in the user experience;
- Accurately document and communicate issues, defects, and inconsistencies to responsible teams, ensuring thorough tracking and resolution;
- Proactively discover edge cases and rare situations to ensure a seamless user experience across a variety of use cases;
- Test and evaluate competitors’ products, and provide comparative insights to help improve our own platform;
- Work closely with product managers, CRM managers, and designers to ensure that quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
We need your professional experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on manual QA testing experience, preferably in the gambling, gaming, or related online industries;
- Solid understanding of test case creation, bug reporting, and defect tracking processes;
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello), and version control tools (e.g., Git);
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes;
- Advanced English and Spanish.
