Growe welcomes those who are excited to:
- Develop and manage brand strategy as well as corresponding brand elements to maximize the brand’s equity;
- Support 360 marketing campaigns across media, OOH, print, radio, off-line activations, and online platforms to ensure that products meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of the brand;
- Develop marketing communications calendar and media plans; execute seasonal marketing campaigns to meet brand and performance goals;
- Manage PR & ORM stream;
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to optimize performance;
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets;
- Cooperate with design, product, CRM, media buy, etc. teams to deliver synchronized, consistent brand support;
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand positioning and differentiation;
- Conduct customer and market research and transfer insights into meaningful actions;
- Hunt and onboard traffic partners to support the performance marketing stream;
- Plan budget.
We need your professional experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing for iGaming products;
- At least 1 year working in the Chilean market;
- 1+ years of experience in the leadership position;
- Experience in building brand strategies and proven brand growth results;
- Upper-Intermediate English & fluent Spanish;
- Good knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, Similar Web, Pollfish, Hotjar;
- Experience with Jira project management is a plus.
