• Acquire and qualify leads through various channels;

• Find new channels for lead acquisition;

• Convert leads into registered users through effective outbound campaigns;

• Develop and implement strategies to retain registered users and increase their lifetime value;

• Manage and optimize outbound call campaigns to ensure high engagement and conversion rates (registrations and deposits);

• Collaborate with the CRM and marketing teams to achieve KPIs related to user acquisition, retention, and reactivation;

• Analyze campaign data to make data-driven decisions and optimize future efforts.

We need your professional experience:

• Proven experience in lead acquisition in online betting;

• User retention and reactivation experience in the online betting industry will be a plus;

• Hands-on experience managing outbound campaigns in a call center;

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to optimize results;

• Experience in using outbound channels;

• Fluent in English to communicate with an international team.
