Growe welcomes those who are excited to:
  • Optimize and scale existing advertising campaigns;

  • Plan, set up, optimize and scale new ad campaigns and sources;

  • Generate ideas for new creatives, funnels, and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates;

  • Analyze campaigns, report ROI results and develop strategies for further development;

  • Create monthly/quarterly media buying plans and provide reports;

  • Seek new business opportunities based on acquisition performance.

We need your professional experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in running paid advertising campaigns;

  • Significant experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads (search, gdn, uac) for gray niches;

  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Keitaro, binom), cloaking tools;

  • Understanding of testing new traffic sources for gray niches;

  • Knowledge of the sports and casino industry will be useful;

  • Willingness to learn new interfaces, technologies, and advertising platforms;

  • Intermediate English.
