- Manage the US device lifecycle and asset inventory, from procurement and shipping to repairs, returns and secure offboarding with our hardware and logistics partners
- Support endpoint security and compliance by following established controls, helping triage security alerts and keeping device and account configurations secure
- Improve how IT works by documenting processes and runbooks, spotting repeat problems and implementing practical fixes
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Know Google Workspace and JAMF well, and work confidently on macOS and Windows
- Show familiarity with collaboration tools and meeting-room AV
- Diagnose issues methodically, find root causes and know when to escalate
- Apply SSO, least privilege, endpoint security, data privacy and secure device handling in your daily work
- Prioritize your workload, follow through reliably and document your work clearly
- Collaborate effectively across time zones, with fluent English
