ABOUT THE ROLE:
Talon.One is hiring a Strategic Marketing Manager to turn thought leadership into the assets and playbooks that GTM teams use to win in our key ecosystems. You are a skilled B2B SaaS marketer used to the space between Product Marketing and Content Marketing. You know what makes a campaign work, how to translate a point-of-view into messaging and positioning, and how to equip GTM teams to carry that message to market.
The Strategic Marketing team is a ‘hub’ in our hub-and-spoke marketing model, working closely with other teams to execute our campaigns. This role is a key translation layer between Strategic Marketing’s industry thought leaders and those teams as we take a tailored message to our key ecosystems.
This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Translate overarching market narratives into assets & activations for use across GTM
- Tailor campaign messaging to ecosystems, partners, verticals, and personas
- Develop strategy and high-impact content for educational series and flagship events like NRF, ShopTalk, and our owned event series, INCENTIVIZE
- Build enablement materials and playbooks to help sales, customer success, and account management teams activate narratives
- Collaborate across product marketing, brand, partnerships, and demand generation teams to nail our campaign messaging wherever it shows up
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Proven B2B marketing experience across content strategy, content marketing, or product marketing roles
- Background working within large enterprise marketing environments, preferably in martech, commerce tech, or retail tech
- Track record of building standout messaging and orchestrating successful campaigns tied to major industry events like ShopTalk and NRF
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with a knack for turning complex technical ideas into clear, usable slide decks and written content
- Strong project management skills and comfort working horizontally across multiple stakeholders without needing direct ownership over execution
- High-energy, collaborative mindset with the hustle required to thrive in a fast-paced environment
