ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a role for someone who lives at the intersection of practical AI expertise and people enablement. You’ll design and deliver AI adoption programs, coach teams through change, manage AI projects end-to-end, and help Talon. One build lasting AI capability across the organisation. This role is not just about tools or automation. It’s about unlocking potential: helping every Taloner understand how AI can elevate their work, expand their skills, and create meaningful impact.
Reporting directly to the CHRO and working closely with the management team, this is a truly cross-functional role with visibility and impact across every team at Talon.One.
This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Be part of a global (and truly international) People & Culture team, comprising 13 members from 11 different countries (and growing). We actively support over 300 Taloners across EMEA, AMER and APAC. Our focus spans People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Management, and People Business Partnering, all aimed at sparking inspiration among candidates, employees, and alumni.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Own and evolve Talon. One’s AI enablement roadmap, defining priorities and keeping pace as the landscape changes
- Design and deliver learning experiences including workshops, deep dives, hackathons, and train-the-trainer formats tailored to different teams and application organisation wide
- Act as the go-to coach and sparring partner for leaders and individuals experimenting with AI in their day-to-day work
- Build and maintain a central AI knowledge hub covering prompt libraries, playbooks, and how-to guides that teams actually use
- Partner with department leads to identify and prioritise high-impact AI opportunities specific to their workflows
- Define and manage AI rollout timelines with clear milestones, owners, and deliverables from scoping through to measurement
- Rapidly prototype AI-powered workflow automations using low-code/no-code tools and embed them into existing systems
- Define responsible AI usage guidelines and collaborate with IT, Security, and Legal to ensure compliance and data protection
- Launch and grow an internal AI Ambassador network and partner with Internal Comms to build a thriving AI learning community
- Track adoption, measure business impact, and report regularly to leadership with insights that inform the ongoing roadmap
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 5 to 8 or more years of experience in Enablement, Operations, Analytics, Change Management, or a business role with significant AI adoption focus
- You are a genuine AI power user who builds, tests, and iterates rather than just advises
- Solid practical understanding of generative AI systems and how they work in real business and organisational contexts
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, low-code/no-code automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, and basic API integrations
- Working knowledge of AI risks including privacy, security, bias, and hallucinations, and how to apply that knowledge practically
- Proven experience designing and delivering learning programmes or workshops for non-technical audiences
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, accessible, and actionable guidance for any audience or seniority level
- Strong project management instincts: you define plans, manage milestones, handle ambiguity, and deliver across multiple workstreams
- Ability to influence without formal authority and build trust with senior stakeholders across functions
- Curious, energised by new AI developments, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
- €1,000 annual learning budget, full LinkedIn Learning access, and free German language courses to boost your skills
- 30 days of annual leave, plus extra paid days for your birthday and moving day
- Home office setup budget, a monthly home office allowance
- Freedom to work from abroad for up to 90 days worldwide!
- Mental health support with nilo.health and a discounted Urban Sports Club membership
- 20% company subsidy on your pension contributions
- Subsidised BVG public transport ticket and a dog-friendly Berlin office where your furry friend is welcome
