ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join Talon.One as a Technical Success Specialist and play a pivotal role in empowering our Strategic Account team to deliver exceptional experiences to global enterprise clients such as adidas, H&M, and Costa Coffee.
In this entry-level position, you’ll bridge the gap between technical and commercial success, supporting both our Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs). Your work will ensure smooth integrations, flawless coordination, and sustained client satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with our API-first promotion engine, develop strong technical and project management skills, and learn how data-driven insights fuel business outcomes. This is an opportunity to launch your career in enterprise SaaS, working alongside experts who are redefining how brands create personalized customer experiences at scale.
This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany.

 

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

  • Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across integrations and post-launch initiatives to keep client momentum high
  • Partner with CSMs to gather data and insights that highlight customer adoption, ROI, and platform performance
  • Collaborate with TAMs to track and document integration details, monitor REST API usage, and follow up on open tickets or business requests
  • Build a clear, centralized record of technical setups, business objectives, and success metrics
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and elevate the client experience through proactive coordination

 

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or near completion) in Computer Science, Wirtschaftsinformatik, or a related technical field
  • A solid grasp of software fundamentals, web technologies, and API-based systems. You’re comfortable learning the architecture of SaaS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German language skills are a plus
  • A genuine interest in how technology drives value for customers and contributes to commercial success
  • A proactive team player who thrives in cross-functional settings and takes initiative
  • Eagerness to grow your technical, analytical, and business acumen through hands-on mentorship and exposure
