ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Partner Events & Marketing Manager to join our Global Events team. This role will focus on deepening relationships with our solution and technology partners through high-impact event programming, strategic co-marketing initiatives, and collaborative content. While part of the Global Events team, this role goes beyond traditional event execution and is a hybrid role combining events, partner enablement, content, and field alignment.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
Partner Event Strategy & Execution
- Lead the coordination and execution of partner-related events across key markets (EMEA, AMER, APAC), including co-branded event activations, thought leadership panels, and joint dinners or VIP gatherings
- Collaborate with the field marketing team to identify high-impact opportunities for partners within our owned and third-party events in each sub-region
- Ensure partner presence and value delivery across Talon.One’s flagship events, including INCENTIVIZE and the global roadshows
Co-Marketing & Content Collaboration
- Project manage integrated co-marketing campaigns with Talon.One’s most strategic partners, working cross-functionally to execute strategic messaging and value propositions in market driven by the partnerships team’s strategy
- Support co-branded content such as one pagers, partner pages, and joint webinar series
- Collaborate with the content team regarding partners featured in Talon.One ebooks, newsletters, blog posts, and joint announcements to elevate Talon.One’s partner narrative
Internal Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for partner managers alongside the global events lead; build strong relationships that drive engagement and keep Talon.One top of mind for co-marketing opportunities
- Align closely with the Partnerships and Sales teams to coordinate initiatives that support pipeline growth and joint customer success
- Provide enablement resources and guidance for partners participating in our global and regional events alongside the field and global events team
Operational Excellence & Reporting
- Track and report on partner marketing performance across events, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives
- Support partner enablement by developing scalable event toolkits for low-lift partner events
- Help standardize workflows across global events and partner teams to streamline coordination and execution
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 5+ years experience in partner marketing, events marketing, or field marketing within a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Proven success in planning and executing events, co-marketing campaigns, and/or content collaborations
- Experience working cross-functionally with partnerships, sales, and marketing teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple programs at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with occasional travel for event execution and partner meetings
