Group Product Manager - Integrations

ABOUT THE TEAM:

Our RnD department consists of specialists in frontend, backend, QA and design, as well as engineering managers and, of course, other product managers. We work in small collaborative cross-functional squads responsible for specific new features and improvements to our platform. Squads are grouped in Tribes that contain 2 to 3 squads each. We have plans to continue developing our product and increasing our number of tribes and squads in the next months and that's where your expertise would be needed.

 

ABOUT THE TEAM:

As a Group Product Manager, you will be leading the integrations product tribe, consisting of 2 squads. Both Product Managers will be reporting to you and you will support them in gathering insights and translating them into specifications for the engineers to build. You will work closely with our partnerships and sales department, being the point of contact in product related topics for our VP of Partnerships. You will report directly to the VP of Product Management and will be part of our RnD Leadership group. You will have full ownership of the roadmap, team topology, and prioritization for the integrations tribe. 

 

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

• Develop a deep understanding of the incentives market as well as our customers.
• Become an expert in how our clients and partners integrate with talon.one, what the biggest hurdles and gaps are, as well as the biggest strengths.
• You will identify the needs of our customers and clients through analysis and research and apply the solution that you come up with.
• Act as the primary liaison between GTM teams and Product, translating sales requirements into new integration opportunities.
• You will build a relationship with our Technical Account and Integration Managers and our integration partners in order to facilitate the product development.
• You work closely with other teams and are eager to communicate with other departments to share your knowledge and what you do to improve collaboration and learn from their insights.

 

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with 2+ years in a product leadership role.
• Decisiveness, bias for action and capacity to mentor and manage other PMs.
• Being self-organized and outcome-oriented, with the ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong understanding of B2B, SaaS and API first products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting applying Agile methodology (2 weeks Sprints, JIRA).
