ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team. You’ll run full-cycle hiring processes and partner closely with leaders across our Go-To-Market teams to help scale high-performing commercial teams across our global hubs. This is a strategic recruiting role focused on building pipeline, implementing innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This is a remote role targeting candidates based within commuting distance of our hub in Boston, MA.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Talent Acquisition at Talon.One is a core part of our People & Culture function. We work closely with People Operations, People Partners, and Workplace & Community to build teams that move our business forward. We combine a data-driven approach with market insight and relationship-building to deliver world-class hiring experiences for both candidates and hiring teams.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Own and lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and beyond
- Serve as a key partner and advocate for the AMER region, building strong stakeholder relationships and talent pipelines across local markets
- Support recruitment efforts in EMEA and collaborate cross-regionally to meet global hiring needs
- Use creative and targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage top commercial talent across multiple markets
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch to offer close
- Partner with People & Culture to share market insights, strengthen Talon.One’s employer brand, and improve recruitment workflows
- Leverage market intelligence and data to inform decision-making and hiring strategy
- Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into all aspects of the hiring proces
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record in hiring for GTM roles at high-growth companies
- Deep understanding of GTM organizational and market dynamics
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills - able to influence at all levels
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and insights to guide strategy
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple competing priorities
- Proven ability to run executive-level searches from sourcing through to close
- Previous experience hiring at a B2B SaaS company is a big plus
