ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Visual Designer with Jedi-like skills to help drive revenue. Someone with a sharp eye for detail, a love for crisp visuals, and the ability to transform a good presentation into an irresistible one. You’ll be the design force behind our sales pitches and visual storytelling, helping at some of the most crucial moments in the Sales cycle.
Your core mission? Polishing pitch decks and sales presentations until they sparkle so our design and brand are seen as a competitive differentiator.

This is a remote role; however, you must be located within Brazil.

 

ABOUT THE TEAM:

You’ll sit in the Brand team (currently a team of two), supporting our Sales and Marketing teams with assets that are not just beautiful, but purposeful if you’re someone who enjoys understanding the “why” behind ideas and how businesses operate to drive creativity, who wants to learn what makes a pitch work and how design can drive conversions, this is your moment.

The Marketing team is based in Berlin, and while this role offers flexibility and remote work options, you'll need to ensure at least 4 hours of overlap with Central European Time (CET) to support real-time collaboration and creative alignment.

 

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

  • Own and lead the design and visual development of key sales and marketing deliverables: sales decks, strategic accounts design needs, and pitch narratives.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to help turn strategic business needs into visually engaging stories
  • Own and operationalise the sales design request process for ensuring all Sales pitches and materials deliver at a high standard 
  • Contribute to the ongoing brand development and help translate the updated look & feel into real-world executions 
  • Build and maintain scalable templates and reusable assets for cross-functional use
  • Bring a business-oriented mindset to creative work, always asking “how will this help us convert, win, or grow?”

 

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Graphic Designer
  • A strong portfolio showcasing presentation work and a variety of marketing and digital assets
  • Mastery of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography: especially for slides and data-driven content
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is a must (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
  • Basic familiarity with motion tools like After Effects - you should be comfortable creating simple animations and transitions
  • An eye for brand and a love for consistency - even in the small details
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt design to specific goals, audiences, and business needs
  • You are comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you can explain your design decisions and can take constructive feedback to refine your work
