Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM)

The Role

We are looking for a Product marketing manager to drive successful launches, improve product adoption, and build demo experiences that help users and customers reach value faster. You will partner with Product, Sales, Solutions, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success to ship launches that move metrics, strengthen product education, and equip the field with high-performing demos and sales plays.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain demo experiences across core use cases: live demo scripts, demo environments, seeded datasets, and storyboards for technical and executive audiences.
  • Create product enablement for the field: Talk tracks, discovery, objection handling, and follow-up assets.
  • Partner with Product and DemGen to improve product usage through onboarding, in-product education, lifecycle communications, and activation programs.
  • Turn product usage insights into actionable GTM plays: who to engage, when, what to show, and what to send next.
  • Lead go-to-market execution for product releases: launch plans, cross-functional readiness, internal enablement, and post-launch iteration.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on adoption and expansion programs, including rollout communications and customer-facing education.
  • Partner with RevOps to define success metrics, dashboards, and reporting that connect demos, usage, and launches to pipeline outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product marketing, growth, enablement in B2B SaaS in DevTools or cyber
  • Proven experience building demos or demo programs that improved conversion or sales productivity.
  • Proven experience improving product adoption or activation using data and cross-functional execution.
  • Comfortable working with product analytics and CRM metrics.
  • Strong writing and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.

Bonus

  • Experience with developer tools, DevOps, observability, or similarly technical products.
  • Experience building technical demo environments or working closely with Solutions Engineering.
  • Experience with experimentation, in-product messaging, onboarding flows, or lifecycle tooling.
