What you will do
As Workplace Team Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the effective day-to-day operation of Lighthouse's global workplace environments and ensuring they support employee productivity, safety, and experience. The role provides operational leadership across workplace services while building and developing a capable, high-performing workplace team. This position combines hands-on ownership of workplace and facilities operations with people leadership, vendor oversight, and the implementation of consistent global workplace standards to support the organization’s growth and evolving needs.
Where you will have impact
- Manage, support, and mentor the global team of office managers.
- Develop and implement a clear framework and policies for workplace operations.
- Act as the point of escalation for the team and a soundboard for local executives.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for global facility management, optimizing for cost and service.
- Bring more structure to daily operations by identifying process breaks and implementing optimizations.
- Serve as the face of the office in Ghent, balancing a high-level, strategic view with being hands-on when required.

Who you are
- Significant experience in a similar role, in office/workplace management. Experience with large-scale projects like office relocations is fundamental.
- Proven skills in Project Management, Vendor Management, Negotiation, Process Optimization.
- Exceptional communicator, able to handle sensitive conversations with confidence and professionalism.
- Highly organized and strategic, balancing priorities while driving results.
- Skilled relationship-builder, ensuring trust with both customers, vendors and team members.
- Team player, working seamlessly across departments to improve processes and outcomes.
