What you will do
As our new Marketing Intern, you will work on special projects focused on initiatives related to The Hotels Network (THN) brand. You will play a key role in maintaining the THN web presence and supporting its lead generation campaigns as we continue its integration into the broader Lighthouse ecosystem. Your work will directly contribute to our goals in an international and dynamic environment in our Barcelona offices.
Where you will have impact
- Send email campaigns and create landing pages in HubSpot.
- Assist in organizing events and webinars.
- Coordinate the update of sales materials in various languages.
- Monitor brand public relations and social media activity.
- Write and publish blog articles to engage our audience.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities.
- Provide general support to the marketing team and actively participate in meetings.
About our team
You will be part of the larger Lighthouse marketing team - an international and dynamic group of over 35 professionals. Specifically, you'll work in a sub-team focused on projects related to The Hotels Network (THN), reporting directly to the lead. This means you'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contribution will be highly visible as you help manage the brand's transition while learning from professionals from all over the world.

Who you are
Essential
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Availability for a full-time internship of 5-6 months, starting around January/February 2026.
- Possess a proactive, hands-on attitude with a desire to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
- Be a team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
We value
- Knowledge of French, Italian, and/or German.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics or email automation platforms.
- Being an active internet and social media user.
