What you will do
As a Go-To-Market Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lighthouse, you will act as a strategic advisor to our business leaders. You will bring not only recruiting expertise but also actionable talent insights that shape hiring decisions and influence our overall GTM strategy. Leveraging your background in recruiting sales and commercial talent within the SaaS, Hospitality, or Hotel Tech industries, you will be the trusted partner to hiring managers and the main point of contact for candidates throughout their journey.
Where you will have impact
- Partner closely with our regional hiring managers across EMEA and APAC to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, offering strategic advice and recruitment insights throughout the process.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer management for GTM roles such as Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain a high standard of pipeline hygiene, ensuring active candidate management and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through consistent communication, timely feedback, and professionalism at every stage.
- Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and hiring insights to guide business decisions and influence workforce planning.
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs, the People Ops team, and other internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business goals and company culture.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies, continuously improving processes and tools.
- Leverage ATS and sourcing technologies to drive efficiency, visibility, and scalability in our recruitment operations.
- Organising recruitment events, driving employer branding & social media awareness and initiatives
Who you are
- You have 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 2 years focused on GTM or Sales hiring within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- You are confident interviewing candidates and advising hiring managers with credibility and strategic insight.
- You understand sales cycles and GTM structures, allowing you to quickly grasp new roles and hiring needs.
- You are highly organized, capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a clean, strategic pipeline.
- You are tech-savvy and comfortable using modern ATS and sourcing tools.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoy taking ownership of your work.
- You bring a global hiring mindset and can adapt to different markets, cultures, and regions.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- You are curious, driven, and passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities.
- You thrive under change, easily prioritizing in dynamic and evolving settings.
