What you will do:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement, you will be a critical member of our global team. As our new Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, you will be the AI-first enablement lead for our Direct Channel Growth business, tasked with elevating the performance and productivity of over 150 sellers. Your mission is to own the entire seller journey, from designing a world-class onboarding program to building a continuous-learning engine that keeps our tenured reps at the top of their game. You will blend classic enablement strategies with innovative, AI-powered solutions to create a scalable and highly effective learning environment.
Where you will have impact:
- Own the end-to-end onboarding program for our Direct Channel Growth sellers, including designing the curriculum, creating eLearning modules, and hosting engaging in-person onboarding weeks.
- Design and deploy a blended, continuous-learning journey that combines on-demand content, live cohorts, and AI-powered tools to support reps in their flow of work.
- Build and manage a data-backed coaching loop driven by Conversation Intelligence (CI) to provide personalized feedback and equip first-line sales managers with effective coaching playbooks.
- Drive the adoption and practical application of the MEDDPICC sales methodology across the sales team by identifying gaps, creating training, and embedding it into daily practice.
- Build and deploy AI-powered enablement assets — prep bots, role-play agents, prompt libraries, ROI calculators — moving quickly without waiting for engineering.
- Partner with Product, Sales Ops, and Marketing to translate market signals and product launches into impactful, measurable enablement programs.
- Define, track, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, making data-driven adjustments to accelerate sales performance.

You’ll be a key player in our global Revenue Enablement team, with close colleagues in Singapore and Denver, while directly empowering our Direct Channel Growth team—a dynamic group of over 150 sales professionals across 24 countries. Our enablement team is on a mission to redefine what's possible by building our function around AI. Who you are:
Essential
- Proven experience in a sales or revenue enablement role, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS company.
- You are AI-fluent, with hands-on experience shipping AI-powered enablement assets and a passion for leveraging data to drive results.
- Exceptional facilitation and instructional design skills with experience designing and running comprehensive onboarding programs.
- Deep knowledge of a sales methodology like MEDDPICC and experience embedding it into a team’s daily practice.
- Fluency with Conversation Intelligence platforms, such as Gong, and the ability to use them to build data-backed feedback loops.
- A builder at heart who thrives in ambiguity, can pivot quickly when priorities shift, and translates complex topics into simple, effective training materials.
- Hospitality domain experience is a plus; the ability to learn commercial hotel economics (ADR, RevPAR, OTA commission, direct-channel margin) quickly is a must.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- You are based in Barcelona or are willing to travel there for the in-person onboarding week that anchors each new-hire cohort.
We welcome

- Familiarity with enablement content platforms like Allego, Highspot, or Seismic.
- Fluency in a second European language, such as Spanish, French, German, or Italian.
