What you will do
As a Data Analyst, you will be at the intersection of data assurance and business intelligence, ensuring that our financial data and insights remain accurate, reliable, and actionable. This role is crucial to maintaining trust in our data and driving the company’s success.
You’ll work within the Strategic Analytics Team and your main stakeholders will be the VP of Finance, who relies on accurate data for financial strategies. You’ll mainly work together with the Data & Analytics team, who lead the design and maintenance of data models and dashboards.
Where you will have impact
- Data Review & Quality Assurance:
- Conduct daily reviews of revenue data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Implement and maintain QA processes to validate data integrity.
- Investigate and resolve inconsistencies in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in tools like Looker
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics to improve data models and reporting capabilities.
- Support the VP of Finance with data-driven insights to guide financial strategies and decisions.
- Act as a liaison between Finance and Data & Analytics teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of data requirements.
- Contribute to cross-departmental initiatives by providing accurate and timely data support.
About our team
Within this role you will be part of the Data & Analytics, specifically within the Strategic Analytics pillar. We are a central pillar of our operations at Lighthouse, managing a vast array of data assets and driving strategic decisions across the organization. We handle millions of data points daily, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies to unlock new directions for our internal processes and functions.
Our responsibilities include:
- Enhancing Data Usability: We optimize the actionability of our data assets to empower stakeholders.
- Supporting Leadership: We provide critical insights that assist our leaders in making data-driven decisions.
- Uncovering Insights: We analyze customers' commercial behavior to drive commercial strategies.
- Developing Definitions & KPIs: We collaborate with various teams to create metrics for strategic decision-making.
- Ensuring Data Reliability: We maintain data integrity during due diligence and M&A projects.
We work closely with the Internal Data Warehousing Team, responsible for maintaining efficient data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, providing data support, and automating data workflows. Together, we strive to empower every member of Lighthouse to harness the power of data, pushing the company towards its strategic objectives.

Who you are
- Proficient in visualizing datasets using BI tools (such as Looker, Tableau, Mode, PowerBI, etc.)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Basic knowledge of scripting (e.g. R or Python)
- Familiarity with data validation and quality assurance methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- 1–2 years of experience in a data-centric or QA role (internships included).
- Prior exposure to financial data or revenue analysis is a plus.
