What will you do 

As a key member of the growing Commercial Strategy Services (CSS) team at Lighthouse, you will be at the forefront of expanding our Chains & Groups business function within the AMER region. For over a decade, our CSS team has set itself apart by pairing elite revenue management experts with the industry’s most advanced tools. In this ole, you will act as the Commercial Strategist for a portfolio of high profile branded hotels (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Hyatt). This is a premier opportunity to drive total revenue performance by bridging traditional revenue management with modern digital demand generation.

Where you will have impact

  • Commercial Strategy Ownership: Analyze, recommend, and implement holistic rate, yield, and E-commerce strategies tailored to the specific standards and distribution requirements of major global brands.
  • Expert System Navigation: Execute daily revenue tasks and long-term strategy using proprietary brand systems, including:
    • Hilton: OnQ R&I and GRO
    • Marriott: OneYield, HPP and ACRS
    • IHG: N2 Pricing and Merlin
    • Hyatt: PrO, Reserve, and RMT
  • Strategic Stakeholder Advisory: Lead revenue strategy calls, serving as the primary commercial consultant for Hotel Owners, General Managers, and Directors of Sales to align financial goals with actionable inventory and pricing controls.
  • Total Commercial Alignment: Facilitate seamless collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, while managing communication with above-property stakeholders to ensure property-level tactics support broader brand and ownership objectives.
  • Digital Demand Generation: Manages end-to-end digital spend across PPC, metasearch, and accelerators. Focuses on strategic deployment to dominate high-value channels and boost property visibility.
  • Advanced Market Intelligence: Utilize ancillary tools and business intelligence platforms; including Demand360, Hummingbird, Fornova, Supernova, and Koddi to benchmark performance against the comp set and capture shifting market share.
  • Channel & Promotion Management: Own OTA relationships and brand-specific promotional participation to maximize conversion and placement while maintaining rate parity and brand integrity.
  • Proactive Yielding: Utilize and refine AI-driven forecasting models to anticipate market shifts, ensuring rate and yield strategies are proactive rather than reactive to competitor movements.

The CSS team is made up of 40 Revenue Professionals dedicated to creating an individualized and tailored revenue management solution for each hotel using cutting edge technology and a holistic revenue management approach.

Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in high-impact leadership roles, including Director of Revenue Management or senior property operations (AGM, GM, or Director of Sales)
  • Knowledge of market appropriate hotel brands and systems 
  • Experience managing elite, high-profile hotels in dynamic markets
  • Experience working with ownership and investment groups presenting results and findings in a poised and professional manner
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortability presenting data & analysis
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment and collaboration during team meetings
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable integrating AI-driven workflows into daily routines to enhance personal productivity and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language, prepare reports in the proper format, punctuation, spelling, and grammar; speak with poise and confidence
