The opportunity

We're looking for a Senior BI Analyst to deliver reporting, analysis and insight that supports operational performance and decision-making across the business. You'll act as a key point of expertise for reporting and analytics, helping stakeholders understand performance trends, identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

Working closely with operational leaders and Customer Care teams, you'll translate business needs into meaningful reporting solutions, develop dashboards and analytical outputs, and provide insight that supports both day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making. You'll also play a role in maintaining reporting quality and supporting the ongoing development of analytical capability within the team.

What you'll be doing

  • Own, develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and analytical outputs used for operational and business decision-making
  • Provide reporting expertise and guidance to Customer Care and wider operational stakeholders
  • Deliver detailed analysis to identify performance trends, operational risks and improvement opportunities
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reporting for both operational and leadership audiences
  • Translate business requirements into clear reporting and analytical solutions
  • Maintain data quality standards, reporting consistency and governance practices
  • Support improvements to reporting tools, datasets and analytical approaches
  • Provide informal support and guidance to junior analysts within the team

What we're looking for

Essential

  • Experience delivering reporting, dashboards and analysis in a business intelligence or data-focused role
  • Experience producing insight that supports operational or business decision-making
  • Experience translating business requirements into reporting or analytical outputs
  • Experience analysing data to identify trends, issues or improvement opportunities
  • Experience working with stakeholders to define and deliver reporting requirements
  • Experience maintaining data quality, reporting standards or governance practices

Desireable

  • Experience supporting or guiding junior analysts or colleagues
  • Experience improving reporting processes, datasets or analytical approaches
  • Experience working in an operational or customer service environment

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:15

Office attendance:

  • This role follows a hybrid model. Flexibility will be required to support business needs, including occasional additional office attendance where necessary.
