Technical Project Manager - WiFi Data Collection

About the Position
Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a CPE engineer or similar roles, with an interest in project management or direct experience in technical project/product management in the telco industry, e.g ISPs, CPE vendors etc.
• Familiarity with WiFi, Broadband Networks, IP Networking  
• Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, complex technical projects including various stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish.

• Experience managing projects related to B2B cloud-based solutions or SaaS platforms.
• Experience working directly with CPE manufacturers or managing projects involving firmware updates and device integrations.
• Project Management Certification ( PMI CAPM / PMP)
• Agile or Scrum certifications (PMI-ACP, PSPO-I)
• Network certifications ( CWNA, Cisco CCNA,)
• Scripting experience (bash, python)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Lifemote Data Collection projects to support Lifemote products
• Oversees project timelines, and ensures timely delivery of projects.
• Manages stakeholder communication between internal teams, CPE vendors, and customers (ISPs). 
• Ensures efficient process for new CPE model, support, firmware updates, and defect resolutions. 
• Continuously improve and optimize the delivery process.
