The purpose of the Salesforce Administrator is to help improve Customer Onboarding and Customer Relationship Management for LHV Bank limited as we build our Retail Bank and automate our Banking Services and Loans business lines. As a Salesforce Admin, you will be working within a team supporting Salesforce, other SaaS tools and AI capabilities to make the bank more efficient and improve customer experience.

Join our internal tooling and automation team, comprised of six dedicated administrators/engineers focused on enhancing operational efficiency and customer onboarding. This role is one of three specifically cantered on Salesforce, pivotal in integrating Salesforce within our new banking platform and various third-party services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that enhance customer relationships and internal workflows.
  • Manage Salesforce environments, ensuring efficient operation and integration with other platforms.
  • Provide support and training to users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of Salesforce.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement and system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and system protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer onboarding experiences.

Essential Requirements:

  • Good prior experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator; advanced certifications preferred.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize data models, workflows, and complex system integrations.
  • Experience with data management tools and a solid understanding of GDPR requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of release management and version control practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and implement business reporting and data analysis insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a compliance-driven environment, with an understanding of change management processes.

Desirable Skills:

  • Background in fintech, especially within Salesforce environments.
  • Experience with any of the follow Salesforce products Financial Services Cloud, Omnistudio, Service Cloud (incl Service Cloud Voice, Omnichannel Deployments, Einstein Bots and other Einstein products, Salesforce Shield Encryption, Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, Sales Engagement
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
