LetsGetChecked is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Admin, you will be a part of our Salesforce Team and work with our internal business stakeholders to deliver functionality and features to meet business needs. You will be responsible for understanding, documenting, and communicating business needs to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within our Salesforce platform. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Be responsible for managing our production environments. Ensure new features from our development team in Ireland and Portugal are deployed within release windows, help with testing and troubleshooting.
- Planning and Requirements: Join planning sessions with the Salesforce team, build an understanding of the business processes and stakeholder requirements.
- Documentation and Communication: Document requirements using methods such as process flows, user stories etc.
- Agile Delivery: We build and deliver in an agile environment, and collaborate with development teams across our AWS services.
- Development Processes: Ensure features are developed and delivered through the appropriate Salesforce development environment pipelines, ensure production releases happen smoothly.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and new features are successfully delivered.
- Business Support: Provide day-to-day support for our users across Sales and Service, escalate any issues with colleagues in the Salesforce team.
- Solution Collaboration & Communication: Communicate and collaborate on solution design with Salesforce Team colleagues, ensuring clarity and alignment with other development efforts.
- User Acceptance testing: Assist on the user acceptance testing of functionality deployed in Salesforce.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-4+ years experience as a Salesforce Admin.
- Experience managing production environment, DevOps
- Demonstrated ability to gather and document functional requirements.
- Experience working in agile project environments, Jira platform.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in providing support for Salesforce users on a daily basis.
- Experience managing user acceptance testing.
- Jira for ticket management, user stories, release notes etc.
- Development and deployment process knowledge - GitHub, Devops Center
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional Salesforce certifications - Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin
- Experience with Flows, integrations, cross-team work.
