Executive Assistant / Technical Support Admin
Location: Naples, FL (Hybrid) Job Type: Part-Time
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technically skilled Executive Assistant to support the Office of the CEO. This is a unique, part-time role that combines high-level administrative support with essential technical expertise. You will be a key resource, ensuring the CEO's office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing immediate technical assistance for a range of hardware and software needs.
What You'll Do
- Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and handle all correspondence with discretion.
- Technical Administration: Provide first-level IT support for the CEO and senior staff, including troubleshooting issues with laptops (Mac and Windows), mobile devices, printers, and conference room technology.
- Documentation & Coordination: Maintain organized digital and physical files, prepare documents for meetings, and coordinate with the broader IT and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Project Management: Assist with research and special projects as directed by the CEO, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.
- Communications: Act as a professional and confidential point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling all inquiries with the utmost professionalism.
- Office Operations: Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and oversee general office maintenance to ensure a professional and functional workspace.
- Travel Coordination: Book and manage complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed for executive review.
Who You Are
- An Expert Administrator: You have proven experience in an executive support role, with exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Technically Savvy: You are highly proficient in troubleshooting common IT issues and have a strong working knowledge of both Mac and Windows operating systems.
- A Problem-Solver: You are proactive, resourceful, and can resolve issues with minimal direction.
- Discreet & Trustworthy: You are adept at handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- A Flexible Professional: You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities as needed.
An hourly rate of $25 - $35.
