Admin and Operations Associate

Veritas Intercontinental is currently searching for an Admin and Operations Associate. This position will be based out of our Bogotá Offices. 

Responsibilities:

• Customer service focusinig on client engagement
• Solve any queries that may arise from daily tasks (mostly involving clients)
• Support logistics department
• Collect and analyze customer data
• Maintain customer relationships

 What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in the health sector
• Be familiar with our products or similar
• Sales experience
• Know Colombian market
