Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a high-energy professional individual contributor, who loves to engage with clients to drive innovation in their organization. Being customer-oriented in this role means understanding the client’s requirements by asking relevant questions, listening to them, spending time with them in their working environment, and with members of their team. It is often required for you to integrate yourself within their internal team so you should be flexible in your approach.

The role requires that you are analytical, can attune to a client’s needs, can quickly understand their business processes, and translate them into an automation context.

Experience & Qualification:

  • 4 -9 years of total experience in QA of Web/Desktop/Mobile/App etc
  • 3 -7 years in any one of the automation tools - Selenium Web Driver / VSTS / UFT /Tosca / Any RPA tools
  • Good working knowledge of at least one programming knowledge - C#/Java/Python &/or OOP’s
  • Experience in creating Automation Frameworks, test automation strategy, automation effort estimations, and test automation prioritization.
  • Experienced with agile, DevOps processes, source control, database, and CI/CD implementation.
  • Having knowledge of tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Team City, Azure, etc. is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communicational, interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • Ability to perform as an individual contributor who can handle client’s needs on his/her own
  • Self-motivated, driven, result oriented, critical thinker and problem solver
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Should have bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Should be comfortable with short term national and international travel

As an Automation Consultant, you will :

  • Develop a deep understanding of the LEAPWORK Platform and its functionalities
  • Develop workflows and custom solutions to address specific customer needs, Identify client needs, and showcase the best solutions
  • Perform test automation analysis, design leapwork framework for client’s product, create and execute tests on leapwork tool, monitor & report results of the assigned projects
  • Engage with clients in both technical pre-and post-sales activities to ensure LEAPWORK adoption.
  • Reviewing customer's automated test scripts, providing guidance to customers in implementing best practices, and fixing design/script issues
  • Provide support to internal teams, customers, and partners’ Implementation teams throughout their project implementation phase
  • Document solutions and maintain best practices
  • Learn and utilize new exciting technologies and how they integrate with LEAPWORK and help gather project requirements for integration with partner products
